After you submit the intake form, you'll receive a confirmation email with a brief summary of next steps. Within 24 hours, I personally review your request and send a direct response with initial thoughts, clarifying questions, or a proposed call time.

We design a live, interactive concept tailored to your brand — delivered in 3–5 business days. You see it. You approve it. No payment required until you're satisfied with the direction.

This is not a wireframe or a generic mockup. It's a real, clickable design tailored to your brand, your content, and your workflow. If the direction isn't right, we revise it. If you decide not to proceed after the preview, there's no charge.

Once the direction is approved, we build the full system using custom-coded React components, real integrations, and modern infrastructure. No templates. No platform lock-in.

Work is delivered in clear, documented milestones. You see progress before each payment stage. I use React (Next.js), Supabase, Stripe, and a combination of Zapier, Make, and custom webhooks — chosen for each project based on what will serve your business best long-term.

We handle server deployment, verify all integrations, conduct QA testing, and launch. You receive full ownership of every file, credential, and codebase.

Before handoff, we schedule a walkthrough session where I walk you through exactly how to manage your content, update key information, and handle everyday tasks on your own. I also provide simple documentation for each system.
